Responsibilities :
Checking plans, drawings and quantities.
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per the specifications.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Day-to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Overseeing quality control and HSE matters on site.
Preparing reports as required.
Estimating budget for the projects and preparing the bill of Quantity.
Project : Construction of KIA service center at Industrial area
Responsibilities
Report to Projects manager
Day-to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Participate in reviewing variant submittals (i.e. Shop drawings, materials, method statements) against contract requirements.
Participate in responding to different queries & RFI’s.
Quality Control on site and ensure general compliance of the executed works with specifications and contract requirements.
Site supervision / inspections, and ensuring that the contractual obligations are met.
