• Collaborates with the Manager, Service Excellence and Executive Leadership to design, implement and evaluate initiatives to deploy the Excellence model through-out the organization.
• Providing coaching and training to all departments.
• Develop and promote business excellence best practices.
• Conduct frequent organizational assessments to measure adoption of excellence practices through-out the business.
• Develop assessment reports including strength points, areas for improvements and recommendations.

• Type business correspondence; prepare quotation and invoices.
• Presenting advertisements /schedules, program for Dressage, Show Jumping and Riding Scholl competition; prepares breakdown of prizes
• Receiving and sending out entries, preparing and copying start lists, prize fund sheets.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public
• Prepares a variety of reports and related information for decision-making purposes, including monitoring monthly expenditure budget.
• Prepares daily, monthly and yearly attendance and revenue accounting reports if necessary.
