Responsibilities:
•Material planning and scheduling.
•Receiving the daily Material Request from site engineers, Project Engineers etc.
•Material planning according to the Project requirement, coordination with project team, making planning timely and effectively.
•Responsible for the preparation the Purchase orders and sends to the suppliers. Performing overall purchases of the four companies for raw materials, tools, machinery consumables, service, etc.
•Bidding Suppliers for Sub-Contracting works and sending invitations to the most suitable and reputed contractors
•Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
•Finalization of procurement activities, subcontract work and order process management
•Issuing purchase orders & managing all the logistic activities of all companies
•Preparing Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for Sub-Contracting works.
•Arrange the meetings between Suppliers and Project Engineers to clarify doubts in drawings or Products specification.
•Working along with the estimation and costing team in making commercial bids and contracts documentation.
•Review & evaluate the technical specification comparison and material submittal as per contract specification.
•Review & evaluate monthly bill, variation proposal and price escalation bill submitted by the contractor.
