Main objective of the intern-ship was to observe the day to day workings of the firm, to observe the corporate culture, to understand the policy and people of the organization, to learn about the organizational environment.
The main work was to recruit new employees for the company. I would screen the applicants and recommending the right candidates for employment. It was ensured that employee’s jobs are accurately classified. I would also counsel the new recruits on career paths and opportunities, compensation part, on company department’s policies and rules and etc. I would advise the supervisors on job evaluation and salary matters, maintain a very good employee relationship, maintaining a positive and productive work environment,
