- Checking suppliers Invoices AGAINST Delivery Receipts and signed LPO.
- Assist in Computing Staff and Labors man-hours for salary.
- Prepare monthly salaries and disbursement.
- Filing of Accounting Records (Vouchers, etc.)
- making job orders for new work.
- following up the jobs &making reports for each job order& making variances
