Support the review of contractual issues relating to Quality to the Project Manager during the project’s execution phase.
Supports the Project Manager in dealings with clients regarding Project Quality matters and Contract quality requirements
Coordinates, Plans and allocates Quality functions to the various areas of the project.
Prepares Project Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) & Project Quality Procedures to ensure compliance with ISO & contractual requirements.
Supports the Project Manager in the preparation of Project Managements procedures (Project Execution plans, Interface Coordination procedures, etc)
Monitors the Project Document Management &Document Control activities.
Management of all civil works interfaces.
Solve problems and ensure the quality & workability of concrete.
Assesses the Quality suitability of vendors and sub-contractors for individual projects.
Coordinates and supervises all Quality Control activities (mainly regarding Contractor and Subcontractor activities)
Monitors and supports the engineering roles, in the collection of “As built” data for projects.
Supports the Project Manager in the preparation of Project Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Provides periodic analysis of project date (NC-Non Conformities, complaints and lessons learned)
Monitors the adequate close out of NC.
Ensures that contract reviews and project close out reports are adequately performed.
Initiates and promotes all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified within the PQM.
Plans & implements PQM activities within the Project and coordinates the implementation of Project Quality Control activities.
Supports all Project Risk assessments (HAZOPs/HAZIDs)
Ensures that Employees conduct job safety assessments on every job & that all personnel understand to not take risks & they don't perform unsafe work.
Provides direct coaching and mentoring to improve quality performance
Management of all project interfaces since BOCQ through the negotiation of prices with contractors until startup construction.
Overall business responsibility for project execution and delivery (Cost, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety) of assigned projects.

• Assist Dept Manager for conducting the internal Quality audits and follow up of corrective and preventive actions.
