Responsible for my previous position responsibilities, plus conducting requirements gathering and analysis for multiple projects, resulting in improving system efficiency and cost savings for the company, leading cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems to meet business needs, collaborating with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to identify patterns and trends in large sets of data.

Achievements:
■ Succeeded in corporation with my colleagues to win a tender for exporting check clearance solution which apply the new CBE regulations for the check clearance to the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), and also to export 900 check scanners to and 3 check sorter machines to the bank, to use those machines with our solution for check scanning, reading and sorting.
■ Succeeded in corporation with my colleagues to win a tender for exporting check clearance solution which apply the new CBE regulations for the check clearance to Qatar National Bank (QNB), and also to export 310 check scanners to the bank to use those scanners with our solution for the check scanning and reading.
■ Succeeded in corporation with my colleagues to win a tender for exporting check clearance solution which apply the new CBE regulations for the check clearance to Emirates NBD.
■ Succeeded in corporation with my colleagues to win a tender for exporting 300 check scanners to Cairo Bank.
■ A successful delivery for a complete solution to CIB which consists of check sorter machine, and a locally developed software which integrate with the CIB banking system, and operate the sorter to help the bank stuff in sorting their checks.
■ A successful delivery for a complete solution to Misr bank which consists of check reader machines, and a locally developed software which integrate with the Misr bank banking system, and operate the reader machines to help the bank in the daily check clearance lifecycle.

Responsible for managing the IT department responsibilities, doing the manager works (there is no manager and I am reporting directly to the general director), leading both software developers and IT engineers, analyzing the business requirements, designing the software modules, distributing tasks and participating in software development too, making the necessary communications on the level of CEOs or the clients, beside training the new engineers on the existed systems and guide them to develop new ones.

Tasks which I done:
■ Analyzed the client requirements, developed some demos and made all the required seminars to win a successful tender for HDB bank to export check reader machines to the bank, and developed the required system that managing the whole checks processing cycle, besides providing all the necessary techniques to integrate with their core banking system.
■ Analyzed the client requirements, developed some demos and made all the required seminars to win a successful tender for AIB bank to export check reader machines to the bank, and developed the system that operates those reader, and provided all the necessary techniques to integrate with their core banking system.
■ Provided with my team all the required support for some successful tenders to export card mailing machines for Misr bank and HDB.
■ Developed from scratch a system for Smartcom shipping company to help them automated the data entry process of the shipment vouchers to their database, using a scanner with auto feeder and barcode OCR reading.
■ Developed from scratch a QA system for an archiving project, which help the user to validate the scanned images, and also to distribute those images into folders with a specific from which make it easier for an existed archiving system to import those images automatically to their correct path into the archiving system database.
■ Trained new engineers on existed homemade solutions to support our customers.

Responsible for analyzing the business requirements, designing the software modules, and tasks distribution, to develop any required tools and software solutions, and also to make all the necessary communications on the level of CEOs or the clients, to make sure the whole systems will be developed as expected and required.

Tasks which I done:
■ Analyzed the client requirements, developed some demos and made all the required seminars to win a successful tender for EG-Bank to export two full size check sorter (36 pockets) and check reader machines to the bank, and provided all the required support due to the development phase, until the production phase.
■ Analyzed, designed, and developed with my team Slogan Management System, which is responsible for monitoring, record and saves all slogans which imported to slogan system machines, used by Saudi Post, and show all necessary logs and reports required about each slogan history.
■ Analyzed, designed, and currently developing an OCR module which can read the MICR code on checks, using OCR technique.
■ Analyzed the client requirements, developed some demos and made all the required seminars to win a successful tender for QNB bank to export two check sorter machines and two kinds of check reader machines to the bank, and provided all the necessary support to integrate with their core banking system.
■ Invented and designed an idea for a module that make the bank checks more secured from the frauds, which aim to change make those checks appears as a valid check, then developed this module for QNB bank.
■ Developed from scratch a check management system, which uses a check scanner machine to scan check then allow the user to add the data of the check from database or by typing it, like the customer name, MICR code and etc., and also allow the dragging of those data over the check picture, then print those date on the check using a printer to print it over the same place the user drag it on the picture of the check.

Senior Software Engineer at City for Trading and Contracting (CTC)

Responsible for developing software solutions to operate the machines that produced by our partners (many European companies) to provide full automated systems which responsible for automating banks' and offices' operations and productions.

Tasks which I done:
■ Developed from scratch a demo program for "MUSA machine" (a multi-function business scanner produced officially for banks) that show all of its functionality and features like scanning different types of documents, checks, ID cards and passports, reading check's MICR code, indorsing documents, reading barcodes and so on.
■ Upgraded the previous demo to add some extra features which not provided originally by "MUSA machine" driver like extracting Arabic information on national ID cards using Arabic OCR engine, extracting English information for a healthcare system ID cards using English OCR engine, and creating deposit slips for banks.
■ Developed a program that generate a secured computerized contracts for many companies by helping the users to fill the personal data in those contracts, using Arabic OCR engine to read the national ID card data, and filling those data automatically in the contract, and also generate encrypted and secured QR-code that contain all the contract information to prevent the fake contracts.
■ Repacking the produced software solutions with all the required framework packs and drivers such as .net framework, machines drivers and crystal report runtime in one setup pack using "Inno Setup" and "Setup Project" of visual studio.
■ Developed a data entry program to archive the Egyptian marriage licenses in a database and all their information.
■ Developed a program for quality control used to check the quality of the archived documents which scanned with super speed scanner and to notify the employee who scan them to rescan the bad quality scanned documents.

Software Engineer at Engineering Office for Integrated Projects (EOIP)

Responsible for developing and modifying software solutions for desktops, smart mobiles, or any device by connecting and communicating to them through serial communication (UART), and providing the required support for the customers.

Achievements:
■ Led a team to develop a simple OCR program under android, which detect the ID number from the ID cards to use it for a voting system.
■ Developed from scratch a smart device application using C# and Windows Mobile SDK, and SQL Server Compact, which is assigned for smart Windows Mobile based handheld devices, and which responsible for automatically import customers data wirelessly from central database server which located on different premises, allow for recording the electric meters read, collecting bills, add notes using handwriting or the device keypad, and export all the recorded data back again to the main database.
■ Assisted in leading a team and worked with that team to make a new copy of the previous program that work under android with some new modifications and features, using Java, Android SDK Manager, SQL Lite and JSON.
■ Modified a copy from the previous program to be able to work under Windows CE environment for a new homemade smart handheld device with no touch screen, using C#, Socket Programming, and SQL Server Compact.
■ Modified and edited a database programs which made using C# and MySQL for city star malls to read, store, manage electrical meters reading, and calculating and creating bills for city stars' malls and shops.
■ Worked with a team to update the main database application - which collect all records from the smart device program and save it on PC - from Visual Basic 6, Standard Reports and MS Access to C#, Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Server.
■ Developed with a team a voting system for Cairo University dean's elections, using C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
■ Debugged and fixed a Visual Basic Dot Net application that communicate with electric meters using IEC 62056-21.

Achievements:
■ Updated a firmware code that communicate electric meters with handhelds using IEC 62056-21 to be suitable for running over low cost electric meters, using embedded C.
■ Generalized the previous point updated code to be able to run over most electric meters' models, using embedded C.
■ Documented a template for firmware coders to be suitable for Doxygen (a documentation program) so the program can generate class diagrams and document firmware projects from the coders comments.
