1- Carry out vibration data collection, analysis and documentation for rotating and reciprocating equipment such as Gas turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Motors, Gearboxes, Fans, Blowers and Diesel Engine by using the portable data collectors such as (CSI 2130)
2- Offline vibration monitoring of Turbo Machinery using monitoring and protection systems Bentley Nevada 3500.
3- Online vibration monitoring and analysis of selected critical machinery using System 1 platform.
4- Vibration diagnostics using basic and advanced vibration analysis techniques (Spectrum, Time waveform, Phase, Waterfall, Cascade, Orbit, Bode, Polar and Shaft Center Line Plots).
5- Acceptance testing of newly commissioned machinery, and run testing for major repaired and overhauled machines.
6- Lubrication oil analysis of selected critical machinery by routine testing (spectrometry, viscosity, water content, oxidation) and special testing (particle count, Ferrography, foaming, air release).
7- Machinery performance monitoring of key parameters to ensure reliability, minimize energy losses and assist in fault diagnostics and root cause identification.
8- Actively contribute to the company’s profitability and cost savings in the form of reduced maintenance costs, reduced equipment unplanned downtime and the savings associated with early fault detection and preventing secondary equipment damage.
9- Field balancing for fans, blowers and gas turbine in single and two planes by using CSI 2130
10- Alignment surveys of all rotating equipment using dial indicators or laser alignment devices such as (EASY LASER D550 / CSI 2130).
11- Thermograph measurements for mechanical and critical and reporting by using thermal cam FLIR-P640.
12- Bump Test for natural frequencies of the system, and carrying out run up & coast down for determining the rotating machine Critical speeds.
13- Issuing Post job evaluation reports including findings, root cause of any machinery problems, recommended corrective actions and supporting data documentation.
14- Issue periodic monthly reports demonstrating asset health condition using relevant reliability KPIs.
15- Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and technicians.
16- Ensure all field activities are carried in accordance with the company’s safety and quality policies & procedures.

1- Supervise and develop three engineers and ten technicians, reporting to maintenance assistance Gen. Mgr.
2- Manage for all maintenance activities preventive & corrective maintenance and performance monitoring for the following offshore & onshore equipment :-
• All types of pumps (centrifugal, reciprocating and screw) manufacture (Goulds & Patterson, Grundfos, Peerless, Sulzer, Peerless and KSB).
• Reciprocating compressor Dresser Rand & Ajax manufactures.
• Diesel generators (CAT 3508 B & CAT C-18 & CAT 3412 & CAT 3406).
3- Performs professional trouble shooting and failure analysis on the Rotating Machinery and makes recommendations to improve reliability.
4- Providing a quick trouble shooting analysis hand on maintenance and work closely with vendor's representative to insure that work had done as per company requirements.
5- Follow up condition monitoring reports (vibration, oil analysis, and thermograph).
6- Perform shaft alignment activities by using dial indicators or laser device.
7- Participating in selection, sizing for pumps and generators.
8- Monitoring and managing equipment spare parts to achieve minimum cost.
9- Ordering the equipment spare parts, study and evaluate the tender's technical offer for spare parts and give a technical support to inventory administration.
10- Using CMMS program for job plane notifications and spares in the martial stock.
11- Advice technicians on proper repair Procedures as per vendor’s manuals.
12- Familiar with Prepare Risk assessment for the jobs, prepare work permits which differs due to job applied, take corrective action for near miss actions in my jobs or others jobs, and evaluate workers safety knowledge and implementation
