•Handling all the steel erection activities & reporting to the Project Manager.
•Assign a tasks and responsibilities for team of site engineers.
•Coordinate & prepare with the planning department.
•Coordinate with the procurement department for all the needed materials on site.
•Coordinate with the Engineering & QA/QC departments for all the related technical & quality issues on site.
•Coordinate with the technical office for the technical problems during the construction.
•Prepare data for the coordination meeting with Client/ Engineer/ Sub-contractors.
•Prepare data for the progress meeting with Client/ Engineer and for the Monthly Report.
•Raise RFI for daily inspections for technical problems and keep quality control records.
•Coordination with the structural drawings of the foundations & the Pedestals.
•Review shop drawings of the steel with the steel in site.
•Finalize Inspection Reports with Client/ Engineer for handing over the Project.
•Making site claims on site.
•Preparing data for the co-ordination meeting with Client/Consultant.
•Coordination with Order Management, Shipping and Sales Departments.
•Coordination with the site team for solving technical problems during construction & manage it.
•Assign a tasks and responsibilities for a big team of workers.
•Analysis& modeling for Reinforced concrete buildings using finite elements programs like SAP2000 and PCA Column.
•Preparing calculations notes for Reinforced concrete building using in house calculations sheets according to ECP 2007.
•Prepare all design drawings for Reinforced concrete buildings using Auto Cad 2008.
•Coordination with mechanical& architectural drawings.
•Reviewing for shop drawings prepared by the contractors.
•Regular meetings with clients.
•Analysis& modeling for Reinforced concrete buildings using finite elements programs like SAP2000 and PCA Column.
