Analyze how the brand is positioned in the Qatari market and its potentials.
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies in accordance with the global standards of the brand.
Lead creative development and create motivating atmosphere for sales team and translate brand strategies into market plans.
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
Coach the sales team and get the best from everyone.
Proactively work on enhancing customer relation activities.
Monitor product distribution and supervise the logistics activities.
Supervise social media activities for the brand.

Maintain records/files for original Bs/L, manifests & correspondence as per the standard operating procedures.
Proactively inform clients with short shipments or other risks.
Answer/handle clients’ queries & challenges in a professional & fast manner leaving no questions unanswered and no clients waiting.
Timely submission of 100% arrival notices
Thorough check of the manifest and ensure all errors are cleared prior to vessel arrival and manifest submission. Same to be reported to booking offices
Prepare & release import documents (D/O, invoices)
Correction letters to the authorities & monitoring all issues subject to customs fines.
Issuance of error-free storage & demurrage invoices
Promote e-Commerce in everything we do
Solve clients’ challenges and attend to their requests professionally.
Ensure high Data Quality in system updates
Follow up with clients on longstanding shipments
Ground handling officer
-Providing check-in counter services for the passengers departing on the customer airlines.
-Providing Gate arrival and departure services. As it's required to meet the flight on arrival as well as providing departure services including boarding passengers, closing the flight, etc.
-Staffing the Transfer Counters, Customer Service Counters.-Liaison with Customs, Immigration and airport authorities as representative of airlines.
Export specialist
-Making the shipping order according to the client shipping declaration coordinating with the marketing and shipping department.
-Entering the shipment data to the computer system to make the bill of lading, manifests, and invoices before the vessel’s arrival.
-Assuring that the shipment is on board and all the fees were paid before signing the Bs/l by the manger.
-Sending the manifests to the different ports and copies to the customs and the master.
-managing the correspondence between the receiving ports and the export dpt. Throw mail in order to inform the receiving agent with the last updates
-Responsible for issuing the B/ls to the intended receivers.
