Centeral Accounting Manager
Preparing the financial statements of the company.
Preparing the annual budget of the company.
Preparing the monthly closing entries.
Preparing the Customer and Vendors reconciliations.
Reviewing the whole company’s payroll.
Preparing of bank reconciliations
Reviewing and preparing the routine work papers, schedules and prepare journal entries if any.
Reporting to the financial Manager.
Managing the Payable Department.
We are Holding company it means that we have less daily entries but my responsibilities are:
- Reviewing the daily cash & bank reconciliation
- At the end of every month am collecting all monthly financial reports from our subsidiaries (8) and making monthly consolidation.
- Reporting to the financial controller
- By the end of every quarter am making full consolidated financial statements
- At the yearend am responsible to follow up with subsidiaries' auditors and our company auditor until issuing all financial statements and consolidated financial statement also.
-Auditing & accounting tasks for various companies; (Manufacturing Trading, Contracting companies, hotels and investment).
-Bookkeeping services for the clients.
-Prepare the necessary financial reports
-Portfolios Reports.
Translating financial statements and audit reports from English to Arabic and vice verse.
Front office cashier and helping in reception duets and i have ability to work as night auditor because am worked before as a helper in night audit department, Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with the hotel gust and Efficiently working under high pressure and with busy environments.
Bachelor of Commerce (Major: accounting) , Arabic Department, Ain-Shams University. (Degree: GOOD 74%)
