- Setting sales targets, objectives - staff training, day-to-day coaching & development with follow through the objectives of performance appraisals and regular periodic monitoring and evaluation - while setting medium to long term development plans that target both performance gaps as well as talent management & retention objectives.
- Leading the team on key business drivers and engaging the customers through spending quality time in the field.
