• Managing and performing the daily QA/QC responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established required standards.
• Directing oversight and reviewing of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and coordinating with in-house/external personnel to produce and document a quality product.

Details: Carrying out and completion of the design and construction of 2 residential towers (66 floors and 22 floors including basement and retail areas together with associated external works and services with hard and soft landscaping known as Burj Vista Towers Project forming a part of the development known as Downtown Dubai in the emirate of Dubai.
o Design, Implement and control quality system and procedures and ensured quality products/ materials are delivered on time at the lowest possible cost as per company quality management system.
o Planned, controlled and carried out site Inspection activities as well as assigned works to the QC Engineers to best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
o Verified the implementation of the project quality procedures and confirmed adherence to requirements of ISO 9001 during internal & External Audits.

• Wings Package (PPW):
Constructed and maintained the Presidential Wing, Vice Presidential Wing and Crown Prince Wing with total buildings area of 81, 425 m² and concrete 85, 000 m³.
• Technical Building Package (PPTB):
Constructed and maintained the Energy Center, General Store, the Workshop Building and the Water Tank with total gross buildings area 28, 815 m² and concrete 50, 000 m³.
• The ID Fit-out Package (PPID):
Handed interior design fit out works of the main building, wings, ancillary buildings and technical packages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planned/developed the execution of quality policies/procedures and operations of the project and monitored compliance with the set policies.

• Managed the document control of technical submittals, drawings etc. with the project team and ensured that the QA/QC validation has been done to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
• Coordinated all inspection, monitored the required test and record inspection and tests made pas the contract plan and specifications.
• Worked closely with the project manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop the work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stopped work upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
• Provided technical support to the project manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings etc.
