- Supervise and maintain financial and administrative records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures
- Administrative support to the management program including administration of budgets
- Prepare analytical report and TPP on Budget and Expenditure on a regular basis
- Proper control of the supporting documents for payments and financial reports
- Maintenance of the internal expenditures control system
- Select and enter data from a wide variety of documents, verifying accuracy by checking sources, making necessary calculations and assuring inclusion of all relevant data
- Prepare recurring reports as scheduled and special reports as required for budget preparation, audits or other reasons
- Manage project financial operations and financial reporting; provide guidance and technical assistance to financial management personnel
- Manage the timely submission of financial reports and monthly expenses
- Develop and put into practice procedures for handling finances and accounting, review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Focal point with external entities such as bookkeeping company, auditor and tax authorities, etc
- Make sure tax reporting obligations are timely fulfilled.
- Support the Executive Director in relation to recruitment processes and human resources matters
- Develop and manage human resources procedures in line with the legal framework and the Collective Agreement signed
- Provide expertise and advice to the management service
- Analyze and interpret regulations and / or contract clauses
- Prevent legal risks related to the activity of the establishment
- Write acts and carry out complex legal arrangements
- Ensure the investigation and processing of sensitive files
Dans le cadre de mon mémoire de master intitulé "la pratique de l'audit charaique interne chez les banques islamiques en Tunisie", j'ai fait un stage de 10 mois chez Banque Zitouna pour découvrir le système de contrôle charaique interne.
