- Analyzing documentation, detailed instructions, and drawings and evaluating results to choose the best solution as per project specifications and design.
- Inspecting and analyzing the proposed construction project and paying attention to detail and technical accuracy for excavation, dewatering, foundation work (raft-pile caps), piles head trimming and treatment, water proofing, super structural elements (slab-columns- beams-shear wall).
- Monitoring, managing and directing the assigned project resources to overcome “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost. Approved submittale and quality control inspections instruction.
