Key Responsibilities:

- Analyzing documentation, detailed instructions, and drawings and evaluating results to choose the best solution as per project specifications and design.
- Inspecting and analyzing the proposed construction project and paying attention to detail and technical accuracy for excavation, dewatering, foundation work (raft-pile caps), piles head trimming and treatment, water proofing, super structural elements (slab-columns- beams-shear wall).
- Monitoring, managing and directing the assigned project resources to overcome “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost. Approved submittale and quality control inspections instruction.
- Controlling the project life-cycle, pro-actively monitoring project schedule to enforce adherence to envisaged time-frames.
- Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reports on project progress and other project specific information, to take curative actions in case of variance. -Establishing, developing stable and reliable business connections with general contractor, sub-contractors and other project team members to determine and optimize progress and plan future activities.
- Coordinating with the contractors and client, observing a policy of open communication to reduce risk

Work with MOH engineers and supervision department to develop project standard quality plan and control process.
Evaluation of acceptance and rejection criteria for factories producing GRP, RC, VC and HDPE pipes before giving final recommendation to Client (MOH).
Pre-delivery inspection to quality process in factories delivering materials to be used in site varies from MEP work to concrete batching plants.
