Responsibilities:
1. Assist MEP Manager in managing works on site in according to project timeline.
2. Coordinate and review all the submissions from subcontractors.
3. Review and issue material and shop drawings submission.
4. Coordinate with client/consultants on any discrepancy on the drawings.
5. Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.
6. Responsible for project management, coordination, implementation, execution and control to meet project completion targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of engineers and CAD/Revit modelers in preparing all aspects of LV & ELV systems from concept through schematic and detailed designs till issuing the construction documents.
2. Develop design drawings, specifications, technical design reports, Calculations and all other documents including sound pressure level, containment sizing, WLAN Heat Map, CCTV Storage calculations and field of view...etc.
3. Proactively interact with Local Authorities (i.e Etisalat/DU/UTT, MCC and MOI/AD Police-ICT) to obtain their approvals.
4. Attend regularly client/employer (Musanada) meetings for technical coordination and presentations on their area of expertise.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in specification writing in CSI Master Format.
6. Ensure that the Design meets all relevant international and local Codes and Standards including (British Standards, NFPA, IEC, ANSI/TIA/EIA, ADMCC & UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice).
7. Ensuring that QA/QC is in compliance with specification and requirement of the projects. Ensure clients satisfaction and quality of deliverables.
8. Review design work or studies being carried out by sub-consultants.
9. Provide support to Field/Supervision Engineering Team to resolve Contractor Technical Queries.
10. Liaise with other related disciplines and co-ordinate work with them.
11. Ensuring technical and design excellence across electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
11. Provides quality control activities to ensure that services provided are in accordance with project quality requirements.
12. Identifies and reports quality issues in the assigned area based on data from a variety of sources.
13. Recommends and/or verifies implementation of appropriate corrective/preventive actions for quality issues, in
coordination with project management, engineering, purchasing, construction management and others.
14. Review and action check list, material submittals, shop drawing, as built drawing, samples, mock-up etc.
15. Site inspection and coordinate to construction to implement the work completed in complies with code in accordance
with specification.
16. Coordinates with the Project Manager regarding design and documentation issues.
7. Liaise with the Head Office designers and Statutory Authorities to resolve site queries.
8. Issue to the client and Head Office regular project progress reports.
9. Issue substantial and final completion certificates. Prepare and follow up snag lists.
10. Review and approve operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all necessary documents and attachments for the inspection and testing requirement of Electrical work.
2. Coordinate with client for inspection activities issued RFI (Request for Information) for witness/hold point etc.
3. At site inspection time, following safety rules & regulation at different hazards area.
4. Responsible of following up with the site team until the inspection comments (if any) had been rectified & the IR had been approved by the consultant.
5. Plans, directs and performs QA audits.
6. Prepares QA/QC manuals, plans, and/or procedures, and coordinates their review.
7. Responsible of raising IR (Inspection Request), doing the inspection & making sure that the work done at site meets QA/QC policy & Client requirement.
8. Making sure that the work is moving smoothly as per the predefined plans & all parties are satisfied & all necessary coordination between Civil & MEP teams had been taking place.
9. Attend workshop meetings with KEO consultant to meet the end user, JACOBS, AECOM and Mubadala requirements.
10. Attend on-site/off-site witness testing of materials, equipment’s and systems.

Responsibilities:
Stage 1: Package AX134:
1. Perform full technical review for the Electrical submittal prepared by the MEP subcontractor including shop drawings,
material submittals and method statements.
2. Ensure electrical shop drawings are fully coordinated with other disciplines and other associated packages.
3. Ensure that the subcontractor is following the planned time schedule for submittals and materials delivery to site.
Stage 2: Package AX124 P&C:
1. Manage the process of production of the drawings and documents required for submission.
2. Responsible of design shop drawings for under floor combined services of Lighting, Power, SCN, SACS, ELV, PAS...
etc) in the project.
3. Responsible of reviewing the Combined Services Drawing in which coordination with all services in the project is
required.
4. Responsible of making the necessary co-ordination between different SAS services & MEP services to avoid clashing
between each other.
5. Attend workshop meetings with DAR consultant to meet the end user, DCAA and Emirates air lines requirements.
6. Responsible of raising RFI (request for information) to clarify the missing information in the IFC.
7. Responsible of design & co-ordinate shop drawings for SAS services in Electrical Rooms, Technical Rooms and Planet
Rooms.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, Development and preparation of construction /shop drawings for Electrical services.
2. Delivery of allocated technical assignments including: (Lighting, LV distribution, Load calculations, voltage drop calculations, Power cables selection, Distribution boards and Motor Control Center design, Cable route Management cable management system, energy metering, lighting and control, earthing and bonding, sustainable technologies and renewable energy systems, etc
3. Preparation of calculations, technical reports, specifications and drawings.
4. Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities.
5. Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.
6. Responsible for overseeing and effective execution of all project related activities under the instructions of the management
7. To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work).
8. Deep knowledge of local and international codes, standards, rules and regulations (IEE, BS 7671, NFPA, ADDC, ADCD, ADMCC, TRA, .....)
9. Interface with utility companies to secure electrical service and rates for projects and bids. Interface with permitting authorities and electrical subcontractors for electrical construction work.
10. Preparing Material Take-off lists with Technical description.
