 Maintain material purchase receipts and bills
 Preparing Purchase orders to suppliers.
 Handling of office petty cash and control day-to-day expenses.
 Assisting for Audit report.
 Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation
 Preparing Payment to Supplier
 Verification of creditors’ invoices and their settlement.
 Verification of Journal Vouchers and monthly expense journals.
 Preparation of final accounts and statements for auditors.
