•Responsible for all human resource activities including employment, compensation & labor relations.
• Monitor the departments’ headcount.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

• Scheduling the second interview for the passed candidates.
• Following up employees’ recruitment procedures.
• Conduct orientatio programs to enable new employees to become familiar with Speed business, policy and culture

• Responsible for the performance appraisal process for Abudawood group Egypt.
• Responsible for the life insurance for Abudawood group Egypt.
• Prepare, process and distribute payroll.
• Ensures all penalties and deductions are consistent with the Egyptian labor law.
• Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
• Responsible for Personnel tasks (Social Insurance, Medical Insurance).
• Ensure that all personnel files and variety of information are maintained in an orderly and a complete manner-
Maintain the personnel database, update accurately and quickly as changes occur, ensures appropriate supporting
documentation is accurate and sent to payroll, & To carry out the calculation of employees salaries in the
company and leave the sanctions and promotions, incentives and advances employees, preparing periodic payroll
reports in each company and each sector.
• opening bank accounts to the new hired employees.
• Booking the domestics flights, hotels and leading the company events .
• Conducting investigations againt violation.
• conducting Exit interviews to the resigned employees and issuing Turn Over analysis reports.
• Measure employee satisfaction and identifying areas need to be improved.
• Reviewing and updateing job describtions on yearly bases.
