i work as Legal Affairs and Purchasing Manager's Executive assistant my duties are :
1- Maintain schedules and calendars .
2-search the internet for the required product which we need to purchase to find the less prices .
3- handling the portal ( a software was designed by the IT Dep to be used for the purchasing procedure .
4- Handling all the problems would happen during the work for both the purchasing Dep. Members and the lawyers .
5- manage all the issues which are handled by the both Departments ( purchasing orders - investigations - contracts )
6- dealing with the government agencies ( we do have foreigners working as teachers so we have to get them work permits and to renew their residences and to let them understand the procedure so i was dealing this issue because of my language proficiency ) .

i do not have to stay in egypt in order to finish this bachelor i can finish it while am working , because i do need a work which can provide my financial needs .
