Key Highlights:
•Contributed to the Concept & Detail Design for pumping station and rising main and raise the technical comments for betterment of the concept design.

Key Responsibilities:
•Review pumping station and rising main Concept Design and Detail Design and put technical comments for making betterment of the design as per client requirement and Qatar Sewerage Design Manual.
•Review material submittal for electro mechanical equipment such as wet well pump, inlet screen, penstock, surge vessel, electric overhead crane, Motorized gate valve and other equipment.
•Inspect material on site, supervise installation of electro mechanical equipment and proceed for Testing and Commissioning.
•Attend weekly design meeting for pumping station on Concept Design and detail design with client, contractor and designer, and raise technical recommendation during the meetings.
•Review and approve material submittal, method statement, and ITP for the project.
•Follow up safety at site and ensure contractor implement safety at site with Zero Incident.

Key Highlights:
•Contributed to the handing over of both projects to the client on time & within budget.
•Improved overall project efficiency by supervising testing & commissioning of submersible pumps, penstocks, Mechanical and Manual bar screens, Electric overhead crane, surge vessel, wash water system, stand-by diesel generator, odor control unit and executing hydrostatic tests of ductile iron pipes.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead site inspections of mechanical plant, equipment & systems to confirm adherence of as-constructed works with project specifications and produce reports & documentation of changes to approved design.
•Evaluate preliminary & detailed design submittals of contractors and ensure compliance with Employer’s requirements, project specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS 2014) and KAHRAMAA General Specifications.
•Ensure adherence of mechanical construction drawings with the discipline design drawings before commencement of works at site and highlight discrepancies to the project manager for corrective actions.
•Implement the project quality plan and monitor compliance with approved quality procedures related to mechanical scope of work. •Managed all O&M jobs related to refurbishment of Doha South Sewage Treatment Plan with inlet sewage flow of 125, 000 m3/day in year 2010 and sewerage pumping stations including replacement of inlet penstocks & upgrading of existing submersible pumps to meet increased flow requirements.
•Monitoring Key performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as Operation & Maintenance KPI, Health, and Safety & Environment.
•O&M of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) equipment such as various types of pumps, odor control units, mechanical screen, sequence batch reactor (SBR), Blowers, air compressors, Pre and Post treatment, MCC Panels and Instrumentation .
•Led a cross-functional group in the Pumping Station Group 4 and coordinated all activities from turnover to closeout for completing refurbishment projects on time and within budget.
