The scope of work is to manage and supervise the whole infrastructure networks of Madinaty City by Activating and coordinate the activities of all the Entities involved in the project and promote all the appropriate actions to ensure the achievement of the Contract and required technical specification.

Job description:
• Regularly representing Ansaldo at the site Meetings attended by representatives of the various disciplines to co-ordinate activities on sites including the main progress meetings chaired by the client.
• Follows the issuance and the approval of progress report, assist the P.M. in all commercial and contractual matter among Ansaldo, client.
• Review schedule and cost.
• Preparing the financial situation balance of the project.
• Ensuring that all engineering aspects of the project are fully co-ordinate.
• Construction, Supervision and quality assurance for all civil works. The plant is designed to treat 1 million cubic meter of raw sewage/day. The cost of the project is 1260 million Egyptian pounds.

Execution of return activated sludge pumping station & aeration tanks. The duties include all kinds of activities of earth works excavation, soil stabilizing, concrete work, reinforcing steel, quality control works, and repair works, associated pipe works (DN 1200mm) inside and outside the station.
