* Serve as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the project
* Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client, consulting engineers and contractors
* Perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance for site installation works
* Prepare detailed installation plans, methodology, processes and procedures for support of construction team
Propose and oversee timelines for engineering proposals and submissions are met
* Check and confirm the accuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors and suppliers for the work to be performed, coordinate and ensure approvals are received from client in timely manner
* Set up procedure and processes in monitoring and tracking of engineering related documentation throughout project lifestyle
* Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors
* Prepare and deliver various installation/erection or construction related presentations, both internally and externally

Overall responsible for supervising subcontractor and checking their deliveries of work as per the specifications.

Played an integral role in quality control & implementation of infrastructure, roads, buildings, and landscape & bridge projects.
Serve key role in managing and supervising all the finishing work (block works, plaster, floor and wall tiles, surface preparation for the precast panels, window sills, marble, granite, wooden doors, wardrobes, vanity, glass shower, paint, false ceiling and MEP works).
Actively responsible for reviewing and checking engineering drawings, plans computations, estimates and reports for completeness.
Overall ownership for obtaining required permits, easements, and other documents as required from inter-departments or outside agencies for assigned utility projects.
Play an instrumental role in implementing the use of new technologies, cost saving techniques/materials, improve safety procedures, and least disruptive utility construction practices.
Actively involved in technical quality assurance of product delivery and installations.
Solely responsible for overall job execution according to drawing, specification and code of standards.
Responsible for framing on-site and off-site Emergency Management Plans and conduct safety drills periodically to familiarize the personnel to handle emergencies.
Carry out in-depth analysis of the projects, for assessment of technical and commercial viability of the projects to ensure proper utilization of the funds.
Hold accountability for preparing method statements based on project specification, material approval, approved drawing, BOQ, company resources and standards.
Regularly conduct walk-downs to sites to ensure implementation of works is as per the agreed quality.
Organize various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance.

*Solve the site problems and give advices to the contractor to do the job according to specs and on time.
*Supervision of refurbishment activities in Deep Sluice Chamber which includes the demolition of surface layer of existing concrete walls and invert slab, drilling and grouting of anchor bars, fixing of new reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, and application of high strength epoxy mortar to eroded concrete surface area.
Supervision of Civil works such as 500 Kv Transmission lines, Backfilling work, Roads, cable trenches, control buildings, routine tests for concrete, materials and backfilling, checking all the substations work.
Checking of contractor’s works bills.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports etc…
Manage the site meetings between the client and the contractors
Issues NCR reports
* Review FCR that submitted by the contractor.
My duties including:-
1. Supervision work in progress and staff performance.
2. Checking, altering (required) and approving of estimations.
3. Overall financial checking (Salaries, Petty cash …etc).
4. Other administration works in the absence of Manager.
