1.Directs all aspects of the Human Resources operation for all properties in the concerned area .
2.To effectively deliver Human Resources initiatives and advice to Line Management enabling them to professionally manage their teams and deliver business results.
3.To support the compliance of employment legislation in all aspects of people management and processes.
5.To design, distribute, implement and evaluate an integrated Area Human Resources Development Plan that reflects the company's value's, share best practices and has clear measurement criteria in place.
6.To coach line managers in the understanding and taking ownership of matters related to Employee Relation.
7.Provide professional advice and counsel on all aspects of the employment cycle to ensure a consistent approach and compliance with statutory requirements and corporate policy and procedures.
8.To understand and monitor Area Human Resources budget, maximizing resources.
9.To manage, coach, develop and motivate the Human Resources Managers and Officers in order to maximize performance.
10.To support and co-ordinate Area manpower plans, talent management and succession planning activities in the hotels and including direct reports.
11.To work with the Human Resources team and line managers to effectively recruit the right talent in accordance with the competency framework.
12.To support line managers with monitoring and where necessary, addressing productivity in the company.
13.To implement agreed recognition systems, supporting line managers in providing a work environment that motivates and rewards employees.
14.Support the delivery of the integrated Payroll and Human Resources management system.
15.Monitor and evaluate all Human Resources activities (progress and achievement) .
16.To effectively manage the relationships with agreed external contacts, professional advisors and official bodies.
17.Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self development.
18.Co-ordinates the timely recruitment of staff in a cost effective manner, utilizing internal or external resources as required.
19.Supports and promotes the Company Transfer System, appraisal systems and the Succession Planning Programme.
21.Maintains employee records and statistical trends relating to turnover, transfers and other employee data as applicable.
22.Co-ordinates the effective implementation of employee relations policies and practices.
23.Implements and monitors an effective communications program at all levels of management and staff, and throughout the hotels in their area.
24.Maintains and continually reviews Human Resources policies, procedures and practices, updating and / or recommending improvements as appropriate to company.
25.Provides functional leadership and guidance to Human Resources employees in properties in the area.
26.Provides professional support and staff assistance.
27.Monitor company labour costs, ensuring a linkage with productivity and hotel performances.
28.Provides career counselling to senior hotel employees, as required.
29.Consults in respect of process and fairness of dismissal of senior hotel employees.
30.Reviews Employee Satisfaction Surveys and individual hotel’s action plans and provides feedback to General Managers.
31.Monitors and ensures that Health and Safety and Environmental best practices are implemented.
34.To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
35.To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
36.To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.

4-Prepare & takes charge of personnel requisitions, consults & coordinates with department heads concerned prior to approval Of Director Of human resources & management.

8-Identifiying Training Needs, Preparing training program & specify cost of training, Training Plan, Supervising on Training sessions & the Setup of training room.
9-Preparing Evaluation Reoprts (after 3 months Probation Period), Annual assesment (for all employees who complete 1 year) & Discuss it with the employee & his Manager.
