• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, DNS Servers and VMware.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas: patch management, anti-virus, clustering, OS upgrades, security, system monitoring, and VMware virtual environments.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and Windows 7, 8, 8.1 operating systems in a mixed environment.
• Microsoft Group Policy deployments to ensure standardized settings, software distribution, and security policy enforcement
• Hardware/Software troubleshooting skills in supporting non-production and production systems, including analysis and resolution of infrastructure and system problems in order to minimize business impact.
• Understand business requirements and document recommendations into a formal business cases.
• Implement automated processes for the ongoing operational maintenance and support of enterprise environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills including the ability to provide consistent change/add documentation, status update reporting, and status updates
• Candidate with working knowledge of VMWare vShpere, VMWare vCenter, EMC Storage, EMC Avamar, EMC DataDomain will be preferred
