1-Marketing Responsibilities (UAE & Oman):
•Assisting and reporting directly on daily bases to Gulf Trade Marketing Manager.
•Assist in creating, developing and implementing Marketing plans.
•Perform market researches, data collection and monitoring of key market areas.
•Ensure information flow of marketing guidelines to all departments.
•Prepare and keep up to date master templates for all sales presentations.
•Supervise launching new products as well as improve existing products using media & advertising plans, POS materials, launch day party & events, etc.
•Contribute with other company departments in product packaging, pricing, listing, delivery, in store visibility, etc.
•Handling media and advertising campaigns (ATL, TTL and BTL):
Radio campaigns.
Outdoor signage (hoardings, mega com, lamb post, bus shelters, etc.).
In store branding (promo stands, gondola's head, shelves takers, etc.).
Outlets signage and window branding.
Moving Items campaigns (public transportation vehicles, company fleet, etc.).
Digital printing on advertising material (roll ups, banners, flags, etc.) and promotional materials (posters, brochures, flyers, etc.).
Prints (newspapers ads).
•Manage CSR (free sampling for schools, hospitals, charities, labour Camps).
•Manage Company Sponsorship Programs (Events, Free Sampling and tasting campaigns).
•Supervising Exhibitions Agenda (booth design, creation, display, representing the company).

2-Merchandising Responsibilities (UAE & Oman):
•Supervise 6 of merchandising supervisors who are reporting to me on daily basis about merchandising team & marketing activities in UAE and Oman markets.
•Develop plan-o-grams to support sales, merchandising and promotions activities.
•Evaluate performance of promotional initiative.

3-Sales Responsibilities (Kuwait):
•Manage 12 of sales routs served by 12 of van salesmen and 12 of van salesmen assistants.
•Assist and support sales manager by providing daily sales reports.
•Supervise the distribution activities on daily bases by using handheld sales software and sales endorsement electronic system (based on Oracle).
•Create action plans to avoid product's out of stock, wastage problems.
•Oversee and manage the relationship with distributors and communicate efficiently with them in:
Plan to introduce new products as well as improve new or existing products.
Products listing, pricing and demonstration activities.
