• Having direct responsibilities of establishing Quality control testing procedure of all raw materials like paint coated coil, films and finished products.
• Testing the chemical and mechanical properties of paint coated coil to verify the product requirement has been meet as per ASTM and ECCA standard.
• Familiar with lab equipments and common lab reagents and their uses. Implementing instruction manual of equipments and calibration procedure.
• Monitoring and measuring the quality control report which prepared by the technicians and submitted to the management.
• Controlling the nonconforming product and taking action to eliminate the detected non conformity.
• Determining and implementing the preventive action for continual improvement.
• Visiting the paint supplier industries and Coating industries in China and UAE explaining the required products and monitoring the manufacturing process.
• Informing the supplier about defective raw material like coated coil issue, low quality plastics and glue issues on films; get the compensation for the same.
• Reviewing nonconformities (including customer complaints) and take corrective action.
• Monitoring the customer perception can include obtaining input from sources such as customer satisfaction surveys, customer data on delivered product quality, user opinion surveys, lost business analysis, complaints and dealer report.
• Closely working with Sales Managers and providing support on products development plans and implementation of related Strategies, Policies & Procedures and other relevant areas.
• Attending weekly progress meetings with other members of the development team.
Presently working as a Quality controller for paint division at Al-Khaleej Metal Coat LLC, Dubai, UAE, Since October 2009.
Paint formulation, color matching and tinting of light colored paint as per client work order.
Familiarization of customer colors and work orders, product wise paint system, paint qualities and properties, types of coating defects and its remedial actions.
Proper utilization of left over tinted paint stock and proper planning of paint tinting operation.
Experience in pigmentation and color matching for industrial paints.
Crescent coating is located in sanaswadi, pune. the company production coil coating paint for applying the aluminium or GI metal etc., I was worked from June 2007 to September 2009 (2 Year) as a R&D Engineer.

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech,): Chemical Engineer from Anna University, Chennai, India (2003-2007) passed with First class. PROJECT WORK: Title: “Manufacture of Acetonitrile” Description: The objective of this project is to Acetonitrile from ethylene. I have worked out material balance, energy balance & design of the equipment. TRAINING UNDERGONE: Acetic acid and acetaldehyde production unit at KINGS CHEMICALS PVT LTD Tanjavur -Tamilnadu, India. OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS: Attended Feel Employable Program conducted by AIM INSIGHTS, Mangalore-India. Participated in “National level Technical symposium” at Anjalai ammal mahalingam engineering college.
