-Reporting to G.M and having a reports for all of Libya.
-Planned annual sales budget and trade activities calendar across Libya.
-Developed with marketing department-Management committee the pricing strategy and new initiatives (New packages/flavors/promos)
-Manage media plan with regional and local marketing team to hit targeted and support new launches.
-Build strong base in modern trade through structuring key accounts team and trade marketing team.
-Developed delivery system and transportation structure that achieved 20% growing by maximize utilization.
-Growing direct business from 25% to 40% in 6 months.
-Growing indirect business (agents /contractors/wholesalers) from 40% to 60% in 6 months.
-Taking strategic pricing decisions for many of the new products (soft drink/juices/dairy products) with the success of keeping consumer price competitive on the shelf.
