Supervise other staff working at Sites and delegate responsibilities related to Administration
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Help maintain the budget plan in the department with Finance.
Coordinating the activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, tracking and reporting on document review progress Work independently to facilitate group activities.
Managing archival activities for controlled documents and validation files.
Compiles and maintain control records to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
Posts changes to computerised or manual control records, and maintains related files.
Preparing daily stock movement reports for the Technicians in MS Excel & MS Dynamic GP.
Preparing Delivery notes for the outgoing generators & preparing receipt vouchers for the incoming generators.
Creating new job orders for incoming customer’s Generators
