Setting up the Project upon award including chairing the Commercial Kick-off meeting.
Ensure the project delivers on its commercial requirements within the targeted time.
Quantity take-off for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services.
Preparing Budget proposal (ROM Estimates) for issuing IFC documents, additional/ variation works and any
other as and when required throughout the project.
Evaluation of Contractor’s Payment application and issue Payment Certificate.
Prepare the Potential Variation Order (PVO) with all substantiation for Management approval and issue of
Variation Order (VO) to the contractor instructing the additional/change in scope of works.
Evaluation of Contractor’s variation claims and agreement through meetings and discussion.
Processing the Determination of Variation order (DVO) for management approval with all substantiation.
Procurement of Provisional Sum Items.
Review of drawings, BOQ, Preamble of Measurement and other contract documents.
Preparing Final account on completion of works.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project.
Liaise closely with the Project Director and advising on Commercial and Contractual matters.
Assist the Commercial Director with all the commercial and contract aspects of the project from inception to
completion.
