Set and execute tha sales and marketing plan for the kingdom, achieve the sales volume, market execution, customer care and maximum utilization of the sales and marketing team
• Develop implementation plans for all sales tools initiatives as per AOP.
• Arrange for all sales Dept. up to date data presentations related to AOP,
• Develop the capabilities / BPT's agenda for the TT and OT teams.
• Ensure field implementing & sustaining of the capabilities / BPT's agenda for sales team.
• In charge of developing market execution standards / model store.
• Developing coolers plan-o-gram.
• In charge of success the implementation within the company.
• Lead sales training agenda with alignment of HR & BU Capability agenda.
• Facilitate and deliver trainings to all sales units.
• Support unit’s managers & TDMs / TDSs as they train and coach their reports.
• Maintain ATU health check.
• Maintain ATU field check.
• In charge of all on-going sales productivity initiatives.
• Review & developing the Commission & incentive schemes of the sales force to accommodate all market/portfolio development.
• Implement Sales Rally with marketing team on all new products, initiatives & national activities to insure best execution in the market.
• Review the implementation and establish corrective plans as necessary.
• Plan & Prepare Sales Business Review between the Management & Sales team.
• Maintain a presence in the field to follow up on implementation. Highlights strong performers & identifies areas of improvement.
• Track best practices results (process measures, performance KPIs, etc.).
• Assist and cooperate with HR in the hiring of new TDSs . and CRs.
• Set clear monthly objectives for sales development, based
on Retail audit monthly report.
• Supervise one Account Development Rep(ADS)
• Supervise one territory coordinator (TC)
