Operators, 3rd Party Suppliers, transportation companies, Hotels with contracted rates,
B2B suppliers.
• Dealing with walk-in passengers for outbound leisure traveler.
• Communicate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate Destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
(Customize Holiday Packages) .


• Handel groups request, educational trips, incentive trips
• Generate Delay & weekly reports
• Assist in solving reservation problems
