Lead Snacks Plant Total Operations including Demand Planning, RPM Planning, QC, QA, HS&E, Production, Maintenance and Site Warehouses & logistics. In charge of Total Product Supply including Product Cost, Plant Expenses, Manpower, Service Level, Product Availability and Product Quality.

In charge of plants total budget, expenses, manpower, product availability, service level, strategic planning and responsible for Manufacturing KPI’s & PQCDSM measures.
• Provide various technical consultancy for design, plant layout, start up, structure, manpower operations, legal & health requirements for newly operated Tissue Plant with establishing basic departments’ procedures, work processes and KPI’s to meet desired targets.
Lead the group manufacturing excellence & operations optimization and work closely with the manufacturing managers to improve productivity, efficiency, cost savings & productivity and reduce losses, variances and drive best performance and lead improvement programs & cost effective techniques. Lead the Meat Plant operations in total supply chain concept including RPM planning, warehousing, production, QC/QA, maintenance, and handle total plant budget, expenses, manpower, product line extension, expansion & projects, strategic planning and master plan, business development & relation with Product Development, Marketing & Sales.
• Leading product supply team to produce quality product meeting all food & health regulation at lowest cost by improving capacity utilization & maintaining product quality, delivery and team morale.
• Developing and designing the company’s plant operations strategies, policies and procedures and supervising its implementation & effectiveness.
• Monitoring all plant operations departments’ plans and activities in a way that maximize the efficiency and productivity of the staff and guarantee the best utilization of the company’s plant operations departments capacity and decrease their expenses to ensure the proper application of the Quality and safety policies.
• Managing and responsible for the following : Production Management, Maintenance Department, Supply Chain and Logistic Department; (Procurement Department, Logistic and Forwarding Department, Warehouse Deliveries), Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department, Research and Development, Projects Department and Safety Department.
• Preparing the studies related to the improvement of the plant operations departments to maximize efficiency and minimize the cost and to work on the improvement of the products by continual research and development and follow up the R&D team work.
• Lead & supervise the new plant start up, CQV plans, machine installations, products trial runs and successful start of production & shipment in addition to lead contracted outside manufacturing prior to plant start up with all related details.
Responsible for Hair Care Operations Product Supply with management of all resources vs. approved budget and manage team building capabilities plans & execution in line with company target & CBN.
•Driving technology change, cost savings, standardization / simplification work, and technical issue resolution as part of driving the Hair Care business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement to Hair Care operations. Using loss analysis tools to identify potential improvement areas.(Material cost, Material quality, Finished product quality, Equipment downtime, Repair and expense)
• Conduct a technical feasibility and cost analysis to validate opportunity, including Experimental Operations (EO’s).
• Responsible for team capability building & skill block matrix matching and meeting all business measures as well as building organization capabilities.
• Lead many new initiatives, technology transfer & training as well as machine’s CQV plans as well as conducting benchmark assessment visits for several P&G sites globally.
• Lead and supervise product development (formulation, AW, innovative packaging) for several Hair Care products through several expansion projects and new processing & packing lines installations, qualifications and start up production meeting all company success criteria with building the right resources to manage ongoing business.
• Responsible for creating production and material plans to satisfy total demand, ensure product availability, manage FG & RPM inventory as well as MPS adherence & BOM accuracy.
• Performing Rough Cut Capacity Planning with proper C/D ratio and proper master production scheduling and setting production scheduling, material planning and inventory targets
• Responsible for full supply chain simulation using MIS model that covers all the company procedures and activities and responsible for system trouble shooting & customer service building on previous experience with the same system.
• Responsible for managing the filling section with all daily, weekly activities and leading the team to achieve company targets.
• Ensure effective implementation of all ISO, HACCP & QA requirements and system compliance.
• Responsible for full supply chain simulation using MIS model that covers all the company procedures and activities and responsible for system trouble shooting & customer service.
