Scope was to expanding the switch gear of the main s/s, installing new 3 MV 13.8KV feedres through new duct banks and MV manholes, installing 102 distribution oil type transformers and 47 RMU's connected as an open ring fed by the new feeders, installing 102 manual transfer switches (MTS) to share the load between the new and existing transformers, installing 1000 single and three phase kilo-watt-hour meters, installing 620 new distribution panel boards (Load Centers) in the housing area.
