• Preparing Project Plans in liaison with Sponsor & Project Team, ensuring that the plans are in compliance with the timeline & deliverables as mentioned in the Charter & Scope Statement.
• Estimating Time & Resources and Identifying & Setting Milestones of the Project in liaison with the Team Leads / Project Role Players.
• Tracking the progress of projects & holding weekly / bi-weekly status meetings with the Project Team.
• Preparation of weekly / bi-weekly project status reports for the Stakeholders.
• Program Management / Multiple Projects' Management at a time.
Duties involved were to:
• Handling communication for existing projects.
• Monitoring projects’ status.
• Part of inspection teams for verification of completed tasks.
• Monitoring of Preliminary Acceptance Test and Final Acceptance Tests.
Duties involved were to report to and assist the manager in following:
• To deploy, install GSM BTS sites.
• To patch and verify all alarms on the site.
• Monitoring of Preliminary Acceptance Test and Final Acceptance Tests.
• Managing and preparation of Site Information Documents.
• Measurement of Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) and Distance To Fault (DTF).
• To remove and rectify any snags reported in active BTS sites.
• Updating and preparation of Site Information Document.

• Managing of the Motorola and Alcatel Lucent Cabinet.
• Assembling of the Motorola and Alcatel Lucent Cabinets.
• Commissioning of the Motorola and Alcatel Lucent Cabinets.
• Assist in handling and preparation of documents.
