Design Manager handling 13 Royal Palaces in the Kingdom, Responsible for the creation of the design and concept, meeting up with the clients, finalizing all the shop drawings and follow up approvals with the subcontractors, following up the site from A to Z until the delivery period taking inconsideration the time, cost, and high end finishing targets,
responsible for the creation, execution, opening, and having the franchises of Nolte and KAFCO. after that responsible for the design creation, meeting clients, finalizing all the MEP, Electric and deisgn of the kitchens, then ordering them and delivering according to weekly schedule created by me, distributing 6 teams to do their jobs, each team composed of 11 person,
in addition traveling to check all the new collections of kitchens, furniture, industrial accessories, and kitchens accessories taking in consideration going under the training programs of each and teaching these new training programs to my teams
Went under special training program for all kitchen and furniture categories regarding design stage and manufacturing process in all its stages, in addition to customer service tips and communication skills,
I have went under NOLTE FZE special training program regarding all its products going in all its stages from history, to design process, to manufacturing, to shipping process, till the installation with a very high finish ends, with the best customer service combined with after sales services. All that to be done under a very high standards in the Golf, Europe and the Middle East,

I meet a customer, create, study, present, emphasis, approve, prepare shop drawings, execute, follow up execution by each detail, check up before delivering to client, deliver with the best well studied fine tuning combined with best customer service for any interior Idea and project under all conditions.
In my on going experience, I was build and grown on the right point of views for dimensions and proportions in all decorative and carpentry works and also in all structural works in on going constructed buildings from ceiling, tiling, painting, electric, lighting, and furnishing practical works.
Also, I've earned a very important practical experience in all carpentry works from doors and windows to furniture including Bedrooms, Kitchens, Entrances Designs, Living Rooms. Also, Decorative presentations for Restaurants, mosques, and Churches.
In my on going experience, I earned a huge value of information in medical and eye surgical situations on the first hand and a well organized professional way to corporate with customers providing the best service with the best price and good impressions. Where, I gained a big value of being patient, understanding, well organized leader who can listen and convince the team I am leading and equalize between me and them and between all the employees on the first side and how to achieve them to work more and give more efforts for the success of our company by being the first to work and give more efforts.
During this period I was specialized in Designing Furniture for a Villa at Magdelion. Where, I was specialized in looking after the handcrafts men were working at that Villa, and Supervision with providing all the needed executive maps needed for this project.
I have Learned a new techniques and details needed for any executive maps for Ceilings, tilling, Sanitary, furniture and wood details, and electricity.Also, a new techniques to cooperate with clients from different social and economical backgrounds and ages, and how to convince them with our company's design's and projects which I with my team had studied and decided.
