Major Responsibilities:
- Locating, Searching and attracting customers/ vendors for target Sales.
- Making Cordial relationship with customers.
- Responsible for indoor and some time for outdoor sales of Jubaili Bros Company Product/ Services.

- Responsible for for 24/7 on call customer service
- Responsible for receiving customer complaints and find out the solution at soonest time.
- Daily update Customer Sites Reports in ACT Software.
- Distributing Daily Tasks to Maintenance Teams
- Responsible for sending Report of customer to Top Management.
- Preparing and keep updating Maintenance Contracts.
- Follow-up with customer for payment via Face to face meetings or email.
- Follow-up with customer about their contract by sending Awareness and reminder letters.
- Responsible for providing final report of service to customer.
- Responsible for Filling system.

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Official environment such as developing Employee identification IDs, Visitor Cards, Vehicle Log book, Visitor Log book, Vehicle fuel and oil look book.
- Responsible for typing FMCC Business letters.
- Monitoring over all FMCC regional Offices for Admin Related issues and give proper report to GM.
- Provide Administrative support to the Top Management and close follow up with them.
- Managing Stationary stocks and office equipment ensures regarding FMCC site projects are constantly supplied to facilitate operations with Feedback.
- Preparing and Managing FMCC (Soft/ Hard) Copies lease agreements for the office and staff house building.
- regular checking Vehicles Log book, vehicle fuel and oil reports with running hours.
- Prepared FMCC main office staff attendance sheet and at the end of Month preparing attendance summary report.
- Handling complaints from other sections and coordinate with Top Management to resolve such issues either through meetings or disciplinary procedures and actions.
- Responsible for managing and keep update FMCC Administration filing system.
- Arranged Short time appointments with client.
- Making plans for internal and external environment of FMCC.
