Conduct energy value analysis for under design projects in Jordan and the Gulf region
- PV System Design, Installation Supervision, commissioning and Start-up
- Billing analysis of last 12 months and determining the allowable capacity of PV system in accordance with laws, available space and annual consumption
- Installation of PV system onsite including but not limited to; PV panels installation, Mounting System Installation, inverter installation and programming, DC/AC Side installation and protection system
- Implementation of energy conservation measures in some of the audited facilities on a shared energy saving program (Performance Contracting).
- Carried out the measurement and verification procedure to show and realize the actual achieved energy saving.
- Experience in energy efficiency and Renewable Energy software such as lighting simulation software ( RELUX), AUTOCAD, PVsyst and Sketch-up
- Conducting energy audits in Jordan and Gulf Region
- Conduct site visits, measurements and analysis of energy consuming systems including but not limited to: lighting system, Electrical Motors system, control systems, pumps and fans, compressed air system, , process improvement and other electrical systems.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for any energy saving measures.
- Implement energy saving projects for different sectors
- Follow up of the implemented energy saving projects
Initiate, supervise and conduct energy audits and audit related work, conducted 65 Industrial Building Energy Audits, and 11 Commercial Building Audits.
Conducted a full scale ASHRAE level III Audit for the Investment grade Audit for several projects in Jordan.
Conducted a few Energy Value Analysis studies for facilities in Jordan and KSA.
Manufacturing biodiesel from waste vegetable oil
In charge of Solar Panel and Battery Reuse Program, as a course in the current project which is a vocational training center in Hashimiya - Zarqa, intended to help the poor and the less-fortunate and try to eliminate or decrease the rate of unemployment, by providing these courses followed by an On-Job-Training (OJT) program, which increases the rate of exposure of the graduates to the market, Hence increasing the rate of employment.
In Charge of R&D in the "Maintenance and Development Department" and responsible for protective and corrective maintenance for various machines.
Main Responsibilities include :
1. In charge of application of ISO 9001 regulations regarding the maintenance Department.
2. design and redesign various mechanical and control systems involve in the fertilizers industry including mixers, coolers, granulators and other systems.
3. responsible of contacting companies in and out for inquiries about products and spare parts and other purchase subjects
Work basically as sales Engineer in charge of the following:
1. Promoting Solar-thermal products
2. Promoting Gas Boilers
3. Supervision of installations and maintenance.
4. Public relations with other Engineers in other establishments in Jordan and other countries.
1. Preparing packages for quotation request
2. Comparing supplier's technical offers with specifications and issuing compliance sheets.
3. Issuing sketches and shop drawings
4. Issuing material technical submittal
5. Preparing quantity takeoff
6. Issuing as-built drawings
7. Reviewing operation & maintenance manuals and revising if necessary.
8. Preparing technical proposals, method statement &report.
9. Responsible for choosing, installation and maintenance of controllers and HMI panels: Programming, setting…etc.
10. Responsible for installation and maintenance of chlorination systems.
11. Responsible for studying and revising MDBs, MCCs and PLCs schematics as per contract requirements.
12. Site technical support except for items no. 9 to 11 are full responsibility.
