 Drive the delivery plan and targets of the mobile access sites in NE (2G, 3G & LTE).
 Assigned as SPOC of Mobile Access Network by preparing the cost and managing the migration plan to migrate all the mobile access elements from different core locations to two main new Data Center.
 Plan, implement, and deliver the high profile projects effectively and timely.
 Controlled Project Roll out from Costing, Scheduling, Resourcing and Scope perspective.
 Created scopes, databases and procedures for the day to day tracking of all telecom activities.
 Developed and implemented procedures, practices and work methods to ensure work unit effectiveness and efficiency.
 Coordinate the operational requirements of the projects.
 Provide strategic consultancy support in business operations and identifying enabling technologies based on customer’s requirements.
 Effectively manage all involved vendors and contractors of the projects
 Chaired the high level meeting for Mobile Broadband Division (being attended by Delivery Head, PMO Head, Account Manager and other senior executives). Risk Reviews, Performance Tracking, Revenue Recovery Status, Project and Process based Issues discussion and achieved milestones.
 Participate to create on a monthly basis a network performance report detailing the achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
 Lead the technical tendering process, tenders / RFI / RFQ / RFP’s, evaluations and participate with the commercial scope as well.
 Creating the plan of the specific and defined VIP projects
 Update and discuss output/progress of projects with the executive management throughout weekly meeting
 Lead the network expansion program over the critical sites.
 Lead the test procedure (POC) for any new technology, product or implementation-related features
 Participate/lead the interaction process with the external authorities like TRA, Etisalat, government
 Documenting the Project progress and information for Project management, tracking & archiving purpose.
 Manage, monitor & report on change in Implementation process
 Feasibilities of New business opportunities and updated smart/cost effective solutions throughout trials.
 Lead the quality control process to deliver the standards, requirements and quality measures complying to the international standards of ISO-9001/TL9000.
 Lead the Budget realization by controlling PAT, PAC, FAC and Oracle System acknowledgement.
 PO Closure (Line Item audit, ancillary inspection, cost analysis)
 Warehouse delivery management for roll out activities.
 Contribute in the OPEX/CAPEX reduction on yearly basis in line with the company strategy
 Manage & motivate the team members effectively and invest them the way it enhances the service
 Production on time & maintaining the optimum quality.
