•Checking the Shop drawing submittals, Prequalification submittals, Method Statements, ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) as submitted by Contractor for review & approvals.
•Checking & supervising all structural elements of Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure works as executed by contractor as per project contract documents.
•To monitor the quality & progress of the activities as per project Quality plan & look ahead program respectively.
•To resolve any difficulties arisen in the site by discussing with contractor’s responsible Engineers.
•To ensure that contractor’s site construction teams are following the specification, approved latest drawing, approved Method Statement, approved Quality Plan, approved HSE plan etc.
•To report to RE & Musanada Project Manager for the daily activities as executed by contractor.

 Checking the site activities through ITR (Inspection& Testing Request) as per approved Latest Shop drawings, approved Method statement, approved MVR (Materials Verification Report), approved Quality Control Procedure (QCP), approved HSE documentations etc.
 Prepare the NCR (Nonconformance Report) if any deficiency found at site regarding construction & HSE (Health, safety & Environment).
 Checking the MVR (Materials Verification Reports) as per approved MAR ( Materials Approval Request), approved samples, test reports along with all precautionary measures regarding proper handling & storage at site as well as manufacture’s recommendations.

 Closely monitor concreting pour & check continuously concrete materials delivered at site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedure &ensure that all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
 Frequency check formworks, shuttering works& ensure quality, safety, constructability aspects are met. Advise planning Engineer & construction Manager for any slippage of progress regarding site activities.
 Checking the site progress as per look ahead programme & if found any delays of any activity, reporting the same to the Construction manager for immediate action.
 Participates with the PMC discipline in reviewing the close out reports as submitted by contractors.
 Participate in the Trial mix of concrete in the batching plant so as to ascertain that concrete supplied at site are conform to approved Mix Design & witnessing the raw materials of concrete in the plant by checking the Delivery Note to ensure that materials are delivered from approved suppliers. In addition, witnessing for taking samples of concrete ingredients by ITL for testing the same to ensure that supplied raw materials are complied with project requirements.
 Review the relevant as built drawings as submitted by subcontractor & make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
