•Yearly prepared production & Lab budget and inventory.
•Any Customer complain raised from marketing department, to ensure root cause analyzing, corrective action, preventive action and give them feed back as early as possible.
•To continue proper correction, corrective action, preventive action which are implemented and monitoring for smoothly plant running.
•To keep good co-operation with production and maintenance departments to minimize production beak down time and properly maintaining GMP, GLP, HK & Pest control.
•Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems..
•To implement & establishes of ISO-22000, ISO-9001, Sedex, & GMP by proper training and ISO guide line.

• I am a team leader of FSMS & PAS-220 and active member’s of QMS, EMS & SMS teams.
• Every day monitoring GMP checklist and conduct a GMP audit monthly.
• To conduct a internal audit quarterly for ISO-22000:2008 by the certified internal auditor.
• Every month conduct a FSMS team meeting with higher management to review the audit findings and Corrective action plan (GAP)
• To implement & establishes of FSMS, PAS-220 & GMP by proper training and ISO guide line.
