•To monitor and analysis of incoming raw materials; inter process, packaging material, and finished products as per fresh pineapple juice standard.
•To ensure & supervise the optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Raw material as well as packaging materials by proper training & standard operational guide line.
•To prepare production planning and ensuring all kind of necessary things such as raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, machine condition, hygiene condition and others related spare parts as well as goods.
•Daily & monthly monitoring yield tracking such as Raw materials ( Frees pineapple, concentrated and water) packaging materials yield ( empty glass bottle, cap, Labelle, shrink film & tray) and finished product yield.
•Calibration & maintenance of all kind of testing equipments and sensors.(such as Color analyzer, density meter, pressure gauge, temperature meter and etc.)
•Yearly prepared production & Lab budget and inventory.
•Any Customer complain raised from marketing department, to ensure root cause analyzing, corrective action, preventive action and give them feed back as early as possible.
•To continue proper correction, corrective action, preventive action which are implemented and monitoring for smoothly plant running.
•To keep good co-operation with production and maintenance departments to minimize production beak down time and properly maintaining GMP, GLP, HK & Pest control.
•Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems..
•To implement & establishes of ISO-22000, ISO-9001, Sedex, & GMP by proper training and ISO guide line.

• Calibration & maintenance of all kind of testing equipments and sensors.(such as Protein analyzer, Color analyzer, Spectrophotometer, Gas chromatography, density meter, pressure gauge, temperature meter and etc.)
• To prepare lab reagents and it’s standardizations.
• Yearly prepared lab budget and lab inventory.
• Any Customer complain raised from marketing department, to ensure root cause analyzing, corrective action, preventive action and give them feed back as early as possible.

• Line wise consumption tracking of Atta, Maida and Suji and other’s incoming raw materials, packing materials as well as yield calculation every day after production.
• To implement & establishes of ISO-22000 & GMP by proper training and ISO guide line.

I have been holding Two types of post in our existing company,

1. Shift Manager (Quality Assurance)

• To ensure the production of carbonated soft drinks, water, Syrup & Carbondioxide manufacturing process as well as supervision their operation process.
• To ensure & supervise the optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Raw material by proper training & Coca-Cola guide line.
• To continue proper correction, corrective action, preventive action which are implemented and monitoring as per Coca-Cola guide line for smoothly plant operation.
• To keep good co-operation with production and maint. departments to minimize production beak down time and properly maintaining GMP, GLP, HK & Pest control
• Line wise consumption tracking of water, sugar, CO2 and other’s incoming raw materials, packing materials as well as yield calculation every day after production.
• Monthly preparing PRS (productivity reporting system) and yield calculation.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
• Calibration of all kind of testing equipments and sensors

2. Food safety Coordinator
• To Prepare MCD (Master control document) which covered Quality manual, Food safety, Environmental and safety policy as well as the Coca-Cola compliance requirements.
• I am a team leader of FSMS & PAS-220 and active member’s of QMS, EMS & SMS teams.
• Every day monitoring GMP checklist and conduct a GMP audit monthly.
• To conduct a internal audit quarterly for ISO-22000:2008 by the certified internal auditor.
• Every month conduct a FSMS team meeting with higher management to review the audit findings and Corrective action plan (GAP)
• To implement & establishes of FSMS, PAS-220 & GMP by proper training and ISO guide line.

1) preparing the production schedule which is order by PM.
2) Supervising & monitoring production floor(such as brew house, CIP, Fermentation, Filtering, CO2 recovering system) during operation.
3) yeast culturing, storing & dosing are my main job responsibility.

Overall responsibility of Production & Distribution
