- Razing inspection requests for the installation of the mechanical services and obtaining approval from the consultant on them.
- Follow site progress & coordinating various site activities in order to meet target date.
- Handing over of the systems to the engineer after finalizing the testing & commissioning.
- Obtaining TOC (taking over certificate) from the engineer after completing the installation snags & defects.
- Carrying out commissioning and balancing works for HVAC systems.
- Carrying out maintenance works which are related to the MEP services for the defect liability period after final handing over of project’s.
