• Review financial data and prepare periodic management & financial reports.
• Reporting to Top Management as per their requirement on daily / monthly basis.
• Managed relationship with banks, FIs and Insurance companies regarding Accounts, Investments & Financing.
• Establish and maintain financial policies / internal controls and procedures for the company.
• Key Stakeholder in ERP implementation and maintenance.
• Look after compliances of the company including federal and provincial compliances (Sales Tax & Income Tax)
• Advising appropriate measures for tax related matters
• Prepare financial projections and provide detailed financial analysis
• Pursue periodic budgets and monitor performance accordingly
• Prepare cash flow projections and monitor working capital effectively
• Supervise department staff
• Provide required trainings and guidance to the team
• To manage and control the system of accounting and check all the entries which are being made on software based accounting system.
• To authenticate all the vouchers.
• To obtain certain reports on monthly basis to satisfy the management regarding financial position of the company.
• To make necessary statutory statements on monthly/quarterly/Annual basis as required by the Income Tax Ordinance.
• To finalize the accounts.
• To make certain adjustments and accrual to the accounts.
• To assist in the audit procedure.
• To make certain tax working and schedules enabling to find final tax liability of the company.
• To make Income Tax return for Directors and company.
• To make Wealth Statement of Directors.
• Maintaining books of accounts including Petty Cash and Ledger.
• Generating Trial Balance.
• Making Accruals and finalizing of accounts.
• Making Tax and Accounts Depreciation schedule.
• Making adjustments with Provision for tax and P & L accounts.
• Making necessary statements/Returns as required by certain provisions of Income Tax and Sales Tax.
• Filing of Income Tax return and attending hearings of Income Tax.
• Making Director’s personal accounts and preparing I/Tax returns.
• Providing certain reports to management regarding financial position of the company.
