As per my job offer letter, I joined Amlak Finance as an Institutional Relationship officer which we were focusing on direct sales of UAE property developers and their customers. We were providing them with finance facilities such as new finance, refinance, top-up and managing their finance.
Base on market crises in 2008, we had foreclosed lots of units which was financed by us. So we decided to manage them to generate some income. Today I have a portfolio of 550 million Dhs which had more than 300 units and I am managing from A to Z of this own asset.
They are responsible for all Traffic Department activities such as new car registrations, Renewal, Transfer of ownerships, import and export of vehicles, cars inspections and many more.
I joined this company as a customer supports. IT was very sensitive jobs which was monitoring by Dubai Police as well as EPPCO.
Then they promote me as a team leader for VIP services which giving same services in a VIP styles to the VIP customers.
Finally, they promoted me to be assistant manager because of my efforts. But i found that there is no future for us as a foreign to work in this company because there was lots of limitations for us. There was not any more place to grow and to improve my quality.
It was a private company which they had lots of activities as a general trading to sending the goods to different countries(mostly to Iran).
I was responsible to find a correct products(Computers & Laptops) which would more demanded in Iran Market. I was doing from A to Z of this process till reached to our clients in Iran.

I studied in a same school for 10 years and all the times, I was top three in my class. It is an Iranian school which they concerning a lot on education quality. my GPA was 18.90 out of 20 as Iranian marks structures.
