Job description:
- Reviewing all civil and décor submittals.
- Arrangement and coordination with the maintenance unit to carry out maintenance and the demolition works
- Supervision and control over the work of the team and ensure the implementation of the tasks effectively and efficiently by action plans.
- Dealing with reviewers and customers and completed their applications within the time specified.
- Conduct the Engineering supervision for the execution of works at construction sites for several projects. The above task includes:
. Ensure the materials used are acceptable and in accordance with specifications; and
. Examine and assure method of construction used in execution of the works; and
. Ensure that safety and security requirements and arrangement are adhered to.
- Controlling and inspecting the existing buildings and installations and their exploitation for preventing any violation and irregular expansion according to Municipality regulations.
- Inspect status of existing building in the City Dubai and send technical reports and recommendations to the management level in the department for maintenance or removal.
- Update and enhance methods of archiving buildings records in the city of Dubai.
- working in emergency team and received the call during night shift and responding to resolve it.
