1. Prepare operation statement and production report (periodic and monthly)
2. Highlight the discrepancies found in BOM and Drawing to Manager to review with external departments.
3. Responsible for the preparation and overall review of shop package including Transmittal, paint req, Work Order, Cutting sheet, Cutting plan, BOM, drawing and its segregation.
4. Give priorities to fabrication works according erection drawing and site demands.
5. Planning for requisition raw materials, buy out and consumable items for three months.
6. Monitor receiving and issuing materials from storage to end department.
7. Allocate materials for job released by PC eng.
8. Semiannual physical count
1. Check erected members against erection drawings.
2. Compute raw materials needed to project composite of 12 buildings as 12000 m².
3. Supervision cast process.
4. Check Block wall building against architecture drawings
5. Prepare cutting plan for reinforcement bar against erected member.
