Responsibilities:
• Review and coordinate with consultants on mechanical system designs and layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to select equipment based on calculations, specifications, and project requirements.
• Amend shop drawings and as-built drawings to reflect any changes made during the construction process.
• Calculate pump head calculations for hydronic and domestic networks to determine the required pump sizes.
• Calculate the ESP (External Static Pressure) for various mechanical equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, ecology units, and fans.
• Conduct necessary calculations for other mechanical equipment, including expansion tanks, louvers sizes, sand traps, PRVs station, etc.
• Provide support to the site team during execution works, ensuring that the mechanical system is installed correctly and functions as intended.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, vendors, and clients on a daily basis to address any project issues and ensure smooth progress.
• Plan and oversee all Testing and Balancing (TAB) works, including testing and troubleshooting of the mechanical system.
• Prepare comprehensive testing and commissioning reports detailing the results of the TAB works and any necessary adjustments made.
• Seek resolutions to complex technical problems that may arise during the TAB and commissioning process to ensure successful project completion.

Challenges:
• Perform flushing process for hydronic network.
• Perform TAB work for the hydronic system.
• Perform TAB work for guest room ventilation network including ZRTs.
Responsibilities:
• Led a team of engineers in the design and calculation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire fighting, domestic water, drainage, and LPG systems for large-scale projects.
• Managing and supervising the design process by assigning tasks to team members and ensuring their timely completion.
• Coordinating with other disciplines such as Structural, Architectural, and Electrical to ensure integrated design.
• Reviewing team's work to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays to ensure delivery of plans within designated deadlines.
• Providing guidance, support, and training to team members to foster professional growth and enhance their technical expertise.

• Develop comprehensive mechanical system designs encompassing HVAC, fire fighting, domestic water, drainage, and LPG systems tailored to large-scale projects.

• Hyatt Regency Hotel - in Aqaba.
Responsibilities:
• Check design, implementation, coordination, procurement, and supervision of all HVAC works for the project containing 270 FCUs and 4 package units.

Responsibilities:
• Revise and prepare shop drawings for mechanical systems.
• Coordination of all MEP systems for the entire project, and producing comprehensive coordination drawings that display precise information pertaining to dimensions, service height, sections.... etc.
