• Prepare the baseline programme along with resources histogram & cash flow for the project prior to consent by the client according to project duration & tender drawings.
• Prepare/submit to client the weekly updated progress report, manpower and machinery schedule, and actual vs planning S-curve (Percentage of completion for the whole project).
• Prepare/submit the monthly progress report along with cash flow diagram.
• Following up the project progress and send delay/slippage letters to all concerned parties and subcontractors.
• Prepare the weekly status report to be submitted to main contractor head office.
• Conduct the weekly progress meeting with client and consultant.
• Prepare any requested programme by client (impacted programme, revised working programme, catch up programme, etc.)
• Prepare the calculation for any extra works, variations or delay due to engineers/client during the project and incorporate into the impacted programme to prepare the extension of time claim accordingly.
• Computer literate with knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Project, Microsoft InfoPath, Primavera Project Planner (P3) and setting up computers, hardware and simple local area networks.
