Supporting L&D officer to collect the learning needs identified in annual L&D meetings
•Liaising with internal/external facilitators for training, handling all logistics and supporting execution for 1000 persons per year
•Managing training records (L&D database, attendance, evaluation forms and certificates) and processing invoices to ensure timely payments
•First point of contact/receptionist service, dealing with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
•Conducting NEOP (New employee orientation program) every week including presenting the sessions
•Providing secretarial support for relevant meetings; Taking minutes of the meetings
•Supporting QHSE (Quality-Health-Safety-Environment) events in the company
•Supporting programs including Emiratization, Internship for UAE nationals
•IMS Champion of HR department handling all IMS controlled documents including HR Forms, process flowcharts and successfully supporting auditee during internal and external audits
Providing secretarial and clerical services to Group Director; arranging meetings, official correspondence with internal & external clients
•Preparing reports including staff attendance, expense reports, comparison reports, sales teams daily & weekly reports, tele- sales calls report etc.
•Guaranteeing timely registrations of national & international events, air-ticket bookings, room reservations for sales team & senior management.
•Monitoring market trends and coordinating with sales team based on Group Director advice
•Reducing cost on printing and cutting the cost of office supplies by 10%
