 Successfully lead the development of Thales Scope of work within the consortium Master Programme, including design, procurement, construction and commissioning programmes, etc.
 Oversee overall project planning and project control including preparation of CPM schedules, project execution plans, work packages, progress reports, material/equipment loading/ utilization histograms/plans/reports, etc.
 Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and segregate project into manageable components and activities

 Update the client, stakeholders and management regarding project progress using fully detailed reporting dashboards customized as per the client and stakeholders requirements
 Perform quantitative risk analysis to the project overall schedule and budget, plus the mini critical schedules and use quantitative risk analysis as a decision tool
 Professionally plan and assign work schedules to project team members, ensure efficiency in task execution, and that all equipment and facilities are optimally utilized
 Provide inputs, dashboards and critical path analysis on monthly and weekly progress reports
 Attend meetings and convene workshops with the project team as necessary to acquire snap-shots on time and keeping an update on actual progress on site

• Key structures being built are 4 Km. viaduct segmental bridge and 33 Km underground tunnels with 7-meter internal diameter, 1 Km of cut and cover tunnel.
• The project consists of 6 underground stations, 1 elevated station, the project is supporting the Al-Rayan Stadium which will be one of the stadiums participating in 2022 World cup Mall of Qatar one of the most prestigious malls in the Middle East.
